- Help onboard, train, and develop clients to ensure platform success
- Work with sales and customer success team to build out new processes
- Understand the product inside and out and articulate our value proposition clearly
- Work with single and multi-location restaurants to help them achieve their goals
- Retain existing clients while getting upsells and referrals
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts
- Help the product and tech team improve the platform based on client feedback
- Own overall relationships with assigned clients and ensure the retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Eager to be an impactful member of a fast growing team and company
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in support or Customer Success, B2B SAAS or hospitality a plus
- English, Hebrew & French mother tongue required
- Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota/KPIs
- Capacity to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve goals
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience a plus
