  • Help onboard, train, and develop clients to ensure platform success
  • Work with sales and customer success team to build out new processes
  • Understand the product inside and out and articulate our value proposition clearly
  • Work with single and multi-location restaurants to help them achieve their goals
  • Retain existing clients while getting upsells and referrals
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts
  • Help the product and tech team improve the platform based on client feedback
  • Own overall relationships with assigned clients and ensure the retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Eager to be an impactful member of a fast growing team and company

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in support or Customer Success, B2B SAAS or hospitality a plus
  • English, Hebrew & French mother tongue required
  • Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota/KPIs
  • Capacity to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience a plus
