About The Role:

As a Customer Success Managers (CSM) you are a critical part of our customer-facing team.The CSM serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the entire customer lifecycle by focusing on business outcomes, and identifying opportunities for growth within their named accounts. As a CSM, your primary mission will be to maximize our customers’ ROI in the MarketMan platform. You will develop and maintain close relationships with management, product adoption sponsors, and/or key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with our Services team, Support team, Marketing team, and Sales team to drive adoption by ensuring customers are effectively onboarded, trained, and supported throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help onboard, train, and develop clients to ensure platform success.
  • Work with sales and customer success teams to build out new processes.
  • Understand the product inside & out and articulate our value proposition clearly.
  • Work with single and multiple location restaurants to help them achieve their goals.
  • Retain existing clients while delivering growth and expansion to personal and company portfolio.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Help the product & tech team improve the platform by providing them with client feedback.
  • Own overall relationships with assigned clients and ensure retention and satisfaction of accounts.
  • Eager to be an impactful member of a fast-growing team and company.

Requirements:

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, B2B, SAAS, or hospitality is a plus.
  • English mother tongue required.
  • Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.
  • Entrepreneurial or start-up experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding your quota/KPI’s.
  • Capacity to work around rejection to resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Experience working with North America clients.
  • Additional languages (German, French, Dutch).
  • A strong technical background.

Benefits:

Meal Ticket offers an unlimited PTO plan and (15) company-designated paid holidays. The company also extends a “paid vacation” stipend in which an employee is reimbursed up to $2,000 for vacation expenses- this includes hotel, airfare, recreational equipment rentals, and so forth. This amount is prorated for the first year of employment based on the time of service that the vacation request is made.
