About the role:

This is an onsite role that would require the right candidate to come into our office in Ra'Ananana, Israel.

What you'll need: 

  • High-level understanding of how the API works
  • High level of technical English for contacting partners from all over the world and maintain English technical documentation
  • The ability to work with tools like Postman, Fiddler, Wireshark, etc.
  • Ability to design integrations with a high-level understanding of both the technical side and the business side
  • Knowledge of basic protocols like FTP, sFTP, XML, Json, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an extensive working knowledge of the MarketMan product.
  • Reply to email/chats and phone tickets in a timely manner.
  • Instruct users in proper use of software, and offer suggestions of how to avoid errors in the future.
  • Escalate support tickets to other departments in the organization to resolve customer's issues.
  • Stay abreast on product development to be able to support customers on new product features.
