Work hand in hand with CSMs to make sure all onboarding and initial set up is done correctly
Become an expert in Food & Beverage supplier relations, inventory order guides, and integrations
Help new clients with the set-up process, primarily focusing on inventory upload
Connect various POS systems to the MarketMan platform
Manage the day to day of the data entry team
Run daily webinars on all aspects of the system
Communicate with sales, success, and product teams to improve the onboarding process
Contribute to big-picture projects in further improving the system
Looking for: Home-Based Customer Service/Support
Respond to client’s requests and queries through email, chat and phone
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success or HR, B2B SaaS or hospitality a plus.
- With at least 2 years BPO experience (international account)
- Background in data analysis, data upload, and system administration
- Familiarity with technical applications- Excel, APIs, integrations, Sequel, web development, HTML, etc.
- Hard working, organized and eager to be a member of a fast paced team
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience a plus
- Native English speaker, Spanish or French speaking a plus.
