Partnership Manager

We're seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager focused primarily on enabling our integrated sales channel partners. You will be the main point of contact with a designated portfolio of strategic, integrated partners.

MarketMan works with a global network of partners spanning several regions. We're seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager focused primarily on enabling our integrated sales channel partners. You will be the main point of contact with a designated portfolio of strategic, integrated partners. This person will play a major role in developing referral relationships across the restaurant technology industry. Your responsibilities include executing a partnership strategy that creates opportunities for us to develop & nurture new commercial connections, as well as grow existing relationships. This is why we are looking for a people-person who can develop and maintain relationships with an array of Strategic Partners, ranging from Point of Sale Systems to Food Service Distributors; PFG, Sysco, Square, Toast, Lightspeed and Touchbistro - to name a few. You will own the partner engagement lifecycle, and spearhead our initiative to grow revenue via business referrals, co-marketing, and co-selling initiatives from our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact with our partners and direct the partnership lifecycle: from understanding the partner product strategy and helping drive the integration go-to-market to maintaining ongoing relationships and ultimately generating revenue through direct referrals.
  • Generate leads and opportunities by leveraging new and existing partners as a prospect-generating channel.
  • Discover, onboard, and perform ongoing management to accelerate sales of channel partner
  • Develop, track, & communicate KPIs for all events & partnership initiatives.
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners’ AEs, SEs, and leadership to increase awareness of the MarketMan integrations and drive leads.
  • Engage integration partners to explore different and innovative comarketing and co-selling strategies
  • Build the organizational network of new partners through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
  • Effectively communicate our vision, value proposition, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to our partners
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create partner enablement content and infrastructure
  • Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations and demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention
  • Drive engagement, pipeline, and ultimately revenue through Strategic Partnerships

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of partnerships, biz dev, channel sales, customer success, or partner marketing experience, preferably for a B2B technology or hospitality brand.
  • A proven track record in planning & coordinating exceptional offline & online events
  • Strong conceptual thinker with an interest in bringing creativity & energy to a burgeoning sales team
  • Exceptional communication, project management, & prioritization skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Action-oriented, "can do" attitude demonstrating willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for individual actions, and team results.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of projects, both tactical and strategic.
  • Roll-up-your sleeves attitude with an eagerness to work in the unpredictable operating environment of a fast growing company
